A properly prepared (staged and kept in show condition) home beings 15% higher price when it sells and sells in 50% of the time. You have to ask yourself why when it is such a no-brainer don't more owners take advantage of home staging! Realtors who don't advocate it are really setting sellers up to fail in the market.
